Yes, I am a guy who loves Dovetails. This is my fourth pair. Although not all cuts/styles fit the male anatomy, there’s a few that have fit incredibly well. The pride pant is one of them. However, although I’ve consistently fit in a 4/32, for this pair I had to return and size down to a 2/32. But I guess it was my mistake, as it clearly says that this cut is a bit more ample at the hips.

After much back and forth due to the USPS and my beloved daughter being a tad forgetful, I finally received my long awaited Pride Shop Pants. Well- worth every week I waited!

Thanks to the revamped fitting system and the very useful sizing tips, I chose a 14/32 (I know, right!) and they look great on me. I especially appreciate the generously sized coin pockets on both sides -a woman can never have too many generously smallish-sized pockets in her clothes.

The fabric finish feels wonderful and if it weren’t so stinking hot down here in New Zealand, I’d wear them all day long.

First, the good: deep, functional pockets

Colorful selvage, I absolutely love bright colors!

Button fly, I’m not a fan of zippers

No hardware to scratch surfaces, much safer for working on cars

Comfortable fabric

The bad: runs really large. I ordered size 0 and they’re still really big on me.

The elastic on the inside of the waistband isn’t very comfortable.

Ways to make ‘em even better: Fabric content, I very much prefer 100% cotton and/or all natural fabric for increased comfort and durability. Please consider offering versions of your products made with all natural fabrics and no stretchiness.

The pockets are great, and I wish these pants had more, especially larger ones! Bigger phones with more protective (bulkier) cases don’t fit well in the existing pockets.

I like these pants, and I’d love them if they were tweaked a little bit.
