Freshley fans, these are our stretchiest Freshleys yet. An extra shot of our secret stretch sauce means you’ll be extra comfy.
Fist bumps for our friends at Foison Textiles in China, who made this divine denim for us. This mill is sustainable in ways that make our brains explode. The recycled cotton in these Freshleys contains post-industrial waste. That means scrap and waste become denim threads instead of trash in the landfill.

What’s better than classic vintage denim feels? Classic vintage denim feels with a mega helping of stretch. This denim has heft to it, but extra stretch sauce makes it easy to move in. And that color, ladies and gentlewomen! We spent many hours in the studio to give you a perfect washed-down blue. Yum.

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Fasten all hardware.
  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty overalls in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

Can I order the pre-order item and something else that’s already in stock?

We’ll ship the in-stock item first, and when the pre-order item is available, we’ll ship that to you separately.

What is the shipping cost for pre-orders?

If you’re only ordering the pre-ordered item, shipping is the same as our regular shipping costs.

If you’re ordering the pre-ordered item AND an in-stock item, there is a $18.00 flat fee.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, you can use one, and it will apply across all items in your order, including the pre-ordered item.

So light you barely feel them

While I have loved my other dovetails, these are supremely comfortable. Very lightweight, move very easily, and stay in place. 11/10. The only thing is I wish the straps shorted just a little more, but at my height (4'11.5") the fact that they work at all is great

New Favorite Overalls

I like overalls a lot. These fit so well and are very comfortable. The stretch is just right and the stretchy straps are great for crouching and bending down. They never cut into my crotch like some overalls. Plus they look good.

Love! Plenty of stretch

I originally sized up and then exchanged for my normal size, which fits perfectly. There is plenty of stretch despite the sturdiness. I have a long torso and didn’t find any issue with the length. Well designed and perfect for long days in the garden!

Fun!

These are cute. The adjustable straps and elasticity helps get the fit right. I plan to garden in them. They are somewhat heavy, so I’ll wear them in cooler weather. Thanks for the drop seat! Same color as I had as a kid too. Cute!

Great overalls for warm weather

I got these because I was ruining my jeans doing yard work, jeans are hot and I got tired of having to constantly yank my tee shirt down in back when I bent over. The fabric is tough but lightweight and breathable. I get overheated easily and these are perfect. I also love the pockets. Hip pockets deep enough to be functional and not have stuff fall out. Also love the chest pocket for my cell.

Returned as I needed a smaller size. Hope they're in stock soon.

I'd definitely recommend!
