Shipping and delivery: We ship via USPS and FedEx. Please keep in mind that we don't ship things on weekends. Your delivery time may vary by region and carrier. Please check your shipping confirmation to track your order. Please also note that we can't take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, as much as we'd love to be able to ask the delivery folks to hurry things up! If your order is taking longer than you think it should, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, but please know that we don't have a magic wand for making deliveries appear.
Returns: A domestic return for exchange, or for store credit, are free. If you are returning an order for a refund, there's a $5.00 flat restocking fee. We can ship internationally to all other countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on country and weight. Your international order may be subject to surcharges, such as import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All such surcharges are your responsibility as the customer, so please keep that in mind when you order!
How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping notification within 48 hours, please go to the Contact Us page and reach us via chat, email, or phone.
