You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Fasten all hardware.
  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

For overalls, fasten all hardware. We recommend buttoning the strap clasps to the top hip buttons and underneath the hip buttonholes, so the metal fasteners don’t bang around in your machines and break (or keep you up all night).

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty shortalls in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

These are awesome!

I’m 5’7” about 130lbs size 2. I ordered a size2, 32 length. These have the perfect amount of stretch. They are pretty long. I could have ordered a 30 length and been fine. But they can be rolled on the bottom. They do gap in the lower back-not snug to my body. Could be my body type or maybe I needed to size down.

Overall I LOVE these!! I can’t wait to purchase a second pair!

I Love My New Overalls!

I wore them for the first time, working outside on the land. Down on my knees in the dirt, pulling up blackberry roots and vines, they felt wonderful with the reinforced knee area! I'm so glad I ordered two pairs!!

Lovely color!

The fit is great. I'm a 12 and I got a 14 and that is just right. They run a little small. The clips that go around the buttons are hard to get on and off. But otherwise I love them!
