If this stripe seems familiar, good eye. Last year, we made prototypes of a few styles in Indigo Stripe Denim, a fan-fave fabric. Out of curiosity, our product developer Rachelle tea-dyed the High Rise sample. We found it perfectly Dovetailed heritage style and fantastic function.
  • Lightweight stretch denim
  • Fabric weight: 8 oz
  • Fabric content: 99% cotton / 1% spandex

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry.
  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

The best work pants yet!!

I love them!! So much. I have been wearing Dovetail work pants for many years. I have always wished that you made a high rise version as being a gardener I am bent over and on my knees for more than half my day. These were the answer to my hopes and dreams! Thank you! Perhaps you could make them in a heavier denim and maybe black? That would make them even more perfect (I know the stripes are amazing , but black is my favorite). I just want to also say, how grateful I am for you making work clothes for women that actually hold up to the work we all do. AND THE POCKETS!! Thank you.
