This isn’t our first rodeo– since our Zeller denim work shirt started selling out, Dovetail dreamt of turning the great western design into the greatest denim shirt ever. The stunning design reveals its utility all day long. Pearl snaps still serve classic cowgirl, but a new interior chest snap prevents gaping, so the girls don’t get loose. Back darts improve the fit and make it easy to move. Roll up your long sleeves when work warms up, or you need a pop of paisley. You’re gonna wipe your safety goggles or glasses on your shirttail (don’t we all?), so there's an interior microfiber cloth to keep those lenses scratch-free.

  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash that dirty work shirt in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. Zeller DX work shirt

I am going to be wearing it later in the fall, but it looks great. My+ size cell phone just fits in the pocket which I really wanted the shirt for. To listen to music while I work outside without being in a pant pocket in the 4x4. I might like it a bit heavier because it is a little fitted for bulky under layers but I am sure it will be fine as you can move well in it.

very well made

I loved the quality and details of this top, but sadly, the shape did not work for my hourglass figure.

It looked super sharp and well fitting from the waist up, but the hip area with the stretch fabric and drop-tail, longer than average hem style on the front was super unflattering on my 44” hip/33” waist. It squeezed oddly on my hips/belly, making the front hem curl straight outwards and made me look lumpy and bigger in the hip/belly area.

Would have been perfect if the front hem was straight. Sizing up would have made the top half too big and the only way to wear it would have been to tuck it in, making the lense cloth inaccessible.

I wear my button-ups untucked over a tee.

This will look on fleek for those with a straighter figure/smaller hips.

I hesitated to return it because it looked great tucked in and the quality is excellent, but for the work i need it for it would have been super annoying and it made my pants too tight. Size L and up would benefit from more space in the hip area.

Additionally, this shirt would benefit from the addition of side pockets.

Love the paisley underneath the cuffs.
