everything and more

perfect weight for windy and cool days. the velcro belts are strong and a good width. love that i can keep the collar tucked in, pulled up, or just flat. phaedra is quite fond of it. the fabric , design, and sewing show great attention to design and functionality. and did i mention the pockets???
