Named after our friend who is a schooner captain who also builds cabins, teaches yoga, and knits by the fire. We built HOTSWAP® Stretch Denim for cold-weather work that doesn't quit. It's 40% warmer than standard denim, with a rugged exterior, soft brushed interior, and the stretch you need to bend, lift, and hustle. Thermoregulating technology helps keep your temperature comfortable from indoors to out, and it's made with recycled fibers.

Ready for winter in the PNW

Bought these for the winter after falling in love with the regular proformance black version. The hotswap has the exact same design I love & the fabric seems a bit more durable which is a plus. They do fit a bit more snug since there isnt as much stretch but they still fit great and the lining is super soft. Also love they lined the front pockets to help warm up my hands! I work in a sawmill that has large open hanger doors so im glad to have my favorite pant in a warmer version
