Shipping and delivery:
We ship via USPS or FedEx. Items do not ship out during weekends. Delivery times will vary by region and carrier; please check your shipping confirmation to track your order. Dovetail Workwear cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping times indicate time in transit.
Returns: Returns are free for domestic returns! To make a return, please go to our Return Portal and step through the directions. for more information on our returns policy, please visit this page.
Customers in Canada:
We've partnered with a Canadian distributor called InSport Fashions, Inc. to serve our friends north of the border - no international shipping rates or border taxes! For all Canadian inquiries, please contact email@example.com, (800) 465-9637. You can place your order directly through InSport as well.
All of InSport's inventory is available through their marketplace website, Altitude Sports. Please note that Altitude Sports' shipping policy will apply to orders placed there.
All other countries:
We can ship internationally to all other countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on country and weight. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dovetail Workwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and all such surcharges are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping notification within 48 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it for you.
Refunds and returns
During the holiday season, we can accept returns up to 60 days after purchase. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.
