Does ultra lightweight mean we skimped on features? As if. We built this pant off our Britt Utility—the most technical work pant for women. We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

Worth every penny

I love this pant so much, I have one in every color. I farm full time in central Texas and the lightweight material keeps me comfortable all day long. It’s sturdy enough to support my work where I manage horses, goats, donkeys, farm tools, and is moveable enough to make constantly harvesting and planting crops comfortable.

Awesome pants for the summer

I have owned these pants; 2 of the Khaki, 2 of the olive, for a few years. I asked Dovetail to make these in some new colors. I don't now if my comment really made any difference, but now there are the blue ones. So, I immediately bought a pair!

One of my favorite things about these pants, besides the fit and the fact that they dry quickly, is the pocket on the left side that holds my Samsung cell phone securely. None of the other Dovetail pants have a pocket in this same location and with the same dimensions.

I volunteer at a wildlife rescue, rehabilitate, release center and my pants all get a good workout. I own 8 pair of the Britt X pants including the lined ones.
