These bootcut britches kick serious booty. To get ‘em right, we worked closely—for years—with the radass women of DX Ranch, a fourth-generation Oceti Sakowin ranch on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. Long and lean, this DX bootcut cowgirl jean works as hard on the job site as she does in the saddle. It's also a workhorse, packed with pockets and oh so stretchy. This summer-weight version of our DX Bootcut stays cool in high temps. Moisture wicking. Ultra breathable. And in a blue so good we can only describe it by looking at the summer sky. Ride on.
We're pumped to partner with the good folks of Repreve® on this fabric. Their planet-friendly threads are made from recycled plastic bottles.

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.
- Turn inside out.
- Wash cold.
- Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.
We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

I am a true thrift store and discount clothing junkie. Hence, I've got a lot of cheap jeans in my closet. I am athletic and therefore it's hard for me to find pants that fit my thighs and butt without totally gaping in my waist. While visiting a friend, I tried a pair of these on and was immediately hooked. I literally bought 3 pair that night, spent $250 and didn't regret a moment of it. 2 days later my car was stolen and so were my precious brand new pants I hadn't even gotten to wear. I loved them so much, that I'm now buying them again, one pair at a time this time.
