That coworker who’s always down to cover your shift. And always up for an after-work beer. Prefers it when you don’t make a big deal about how great they are. That’s the Anna Taskpant. Named for multitasking Anna, a ski resort risk manager, wood artist, and mom to an avalanche dog. Like its namesake, this pant takes a busy life in stride. A chill silhouette reads casual. A hammer loop, crotch gusset, and ample pockets for tools and dog treats mean business. Relaxed from hip to leg—a bit more draped, a bit more lived-in, and seriously comfortable.

This pant was designed to fit "slouchy"—sit lower on the hips and relaxed through the leg.

    • Wash cold.
    • Hang dry.
    • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

    We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

    Great Fit!

    I am 5'11" and 140 lbs. I bought a 2 - 34" inseam and they fit perfectly. I really like how they aren't super tight but not super loose; they're just right! I also like all the usable pockets for knives, pens etc. I work in an industrial facility in custom manufacturing with lots of saw-dust so these work great. I also like how they are stylish and well made and made out of good quality fabric. The last pair of work pants I bought from Carhartt and was disappointed that they wore a hole in the butt in 2 weeks and the fabric faded very quickly and the logo was sewn on up-side-down - bummer! So I'm glad to say these are a 10 on all fronts. If tehre was an option to give 10 stars I would. Highly recommended especially for girls who do manual work. Thanks Dovetail!

    Forever pants!!

    Like my other Dovetails, these are another pair of forever pants!! Functional, comfortable, stylish, breathable and light!! Makes me wish I was more outdoors-y!!

    The photos don't do justice!

    These are super cute pants! Not like the photos at all. I tried them on at a local store but they didn't have my size so I ordered on the website. Almost didn't order then because the photos didn't look at all like the pants. These are my new favorite pants!!!

    When can I expect my pre-ordered item?

    Can I order the pre-order item and something else that’s already in stock?

    We’ll ship the in-stock item first, and when the pre-order item is available, we’ll ship that to you separately.

    What is the shipping cost for pre-orders?

    If you’re only ordering the pre-ordered item, shipping is the same as our regular shipping costs.

    If you’re ordering the pre-ordered item AND an in-stock item, there is a $18.00 flat fee.

    Can I use a discount code?

    Yes, you can use one, and it will apply across all items in your order, including the pre-ordered item.
