Tough, soft, flexible, warm, breathable, an OH don't get me started on the pockets. With two exterior pockets and two mega interior pockets, I can finally fulfill my dreams of being a walking toolbox. I can carry measuring tapes, shears, multiple wrenches and sockets, rolls of tape, pencils, little boxes of screws, and a whole notebook at one time. I kid you not. It's ridiculous, I know, but that's how I roll. Living on a mountain where its a 28% grade up or down a hill to the nearest tool storage, I've learned to be a little overprepared, and this jacket accommodates without judgement. I love that it snaps all the way up to the neck... great for keeping a brisk wind out. Looks polished too. I've done a lot of construction in this jacket... concrete, framing, even got messy with some fiberglass insulation and soaked it in vinegar for a day, dried it on hot, and it looks as sharp as the day it left its packaging. This is one of those staples... I can count on one hand the number of days I opted not to wear this jacket since I bought it last fall. If it's real cold and I'm heading out to work that is mostly stationary, I can comfortably wear a light fleece or sweater underneath, but it doesn't feel baggy over a wool baselayer. Tis a keeper!
