This new all-in-one thermal denim is a fully integrated hybrid. Originally wear tested in Antarctica, these overalls work tough on the outside, but are cozy inside. Yep, 1 fabric, 2 feels. With room to bend, flex, build, stretch, and do all your signature Freshley moves. Next-level recycled insulation also thermoregulates and does a solid for the planet, keeping you toasty but never roasty. There's more. We're so warm and fuzzy, we fleeced your inner pockets too.

True Blue partner: Big high fives to our amazing fabric partner, Repreve®, and their exceptional planet-conscious products. The recycled poly in these products uses 43% fewer fossil fuels than conventional polyester. Each pair of overalls saves 8 plastic bottles from landfill.

  • 40% warmer than regular denim
  • Fabric weight: 12.5 oz
  • Fabric content: 66% cotton / 32.5% Repreve® TruTemp365® polyester / 1.5% spandex

    • You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

    • Fasten all hardware.
    • Turn inside out.
    • Wash cold.
    • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

    For overalls, fasten all hardware. We recommend buttoning the strap clasps to the top hip buttons and underneath the hip buttonholes, so the metal fasteners don’t bang around in your machines and break (or keep you up all night).

    We get it's tempting to wash those dirty shortalls in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

    Don't discontinue these!!!!!

    I am so crushed these seem to be not available anymore. . . I don't want the drop seat/zipper on the back, reviews were so mixed and I think these were just perfect as is and am so sad I only got one grey pair, which are already getting so worn . . . they are what I wear outside in the cold and snow, with my kids, stacking wood, clearing the woods, literally doing anything and everything around the homestead. If another pair of 00/30's or even 0/30's appear in the warehouse, I will buy them instantly! Or if anyone has a pair they want to sell, lmk. Otherwise, Dovetail, please bring these back!!!!!

    Favorite piece of clothing I own

    I got these in the mail four days ago and have worn them all four days I have had them. Looking to purchase another pair, just trying to figure out which color. Didn’t think I could love an article of clothing so much.

    Multiple purchases of these

    This is my third pair of buying these overalls in the past three years. I absolutely love them, and because I wear them almost every single day, it’s great to have them to rotate around. The original pair I bought three years ago, which I have worn the most, is almost brand new like. I own numerous other Dovetail products, and every single pair I own is made of the upmost highest quality.

    Perfection!

    I absolutely love these overalls. I live and work on an equine retirement farm and the winter months of upstate NY can be brutal with many hours of stall cleaning in wet, cold or snowy mornings. I prefer overalls due to low back pain that regular waistbands tend to exacerbate. The softness, stretch, durability and fit works perfectly for my 50 year old body.

    While I’m athletic I’m getting a little extra padding around the middle and the waistline hits perfectly and doesn’t bind. I just ordered a second pair in a size up to accommodate for wool leggings.

    Thanks for making these, they’re amazing!!
