Women with strong legs spoke up about how they experience more wear and tear in the crotchal region of their canvas pants. Dovetail’s D-Fender to the rescue! How do you solve a problem like chub rub? First, we reshaped our signature crotch gusset in our stretch grey canvas pants, then wear-tested it on many of the women who reached out in the first place! That’s the Dovetail way. 

Then, we called in reinforcements to make the strongest canvas pants out there. Military-grade CORDURA® fibers strengthen 8 high-wear areas: belt loops, reinforced front pocket, tool loops, crotch gusset, device pocket, nested right pockets, front overlay panels, and back cuffs. These zonal reinforcements pop with textural, tonal differences: a nod to color-blocked European workwear taking street style by storm. Speaking of storms: they’re also water- and stain-resistant, which stand up to major muck and mess. 

D-Fender women’s pants stock up on storage with 10 of Dovetail’s prized pockets, including one for your phone, three stacked on the right thigh, and a hidden security zipper behind your back pocket. Favorite pants

These pants are so comfortable and so durable. Makes me not care that you're not supposed to wear the same pants days in a row. Please get them.

Awesome work pants

I’m 5’5” and 135lbs and typically wear a size 4 in the Anna task pants but these run large , so I went with a size 2 inseam 30. Worked in them the following day and absolutely love them. Comfortable and durable.

Comfy and seemingly durable!

I really like these pants so far, they’re comfy and feel durable while also looking nice. The sizing was a bear to figure out - I ordered a tad small at first as I read they run large. Not my experience. The lack of relative consistency between the various types of pants can be a bit frustrating - I have a pair of dovetail shorts and overalls in different sizes from these - but, finally found the right size after a few returns.

2 day test run

These are the answer to “I wish my Britts had reinforced pocket corners for my knife clip. And we’re a little more flexible, but still reinforced.” The waist is higher, which I’m still adjusting to, and my phone feels loose in the left leg pocket. Then again, the phone has yet to shift on me, and that pocket now fits a kindle - I’ll have to see if my usual carving axe or hammer is as snug in the big pocket as it is my Britts!

I agree with others that they run a little large. I’m usually between a 4/6, and the 4s fit well.
