I bought the 14s because I'm in between 12 & 14 and it's roomier than I anticipated, but in experience with the other canvas materials, If I wash it in the dryer it will shrink a little and I think that will be perfect. I love how warm they are with the fleece lining. I love that they are my warmest pants and I love that they are big enough i could put a thin base layer underneath and tolerate these -20 degree temps! They are very hardy and make me feel prepared for the day, I want 10 more pair! Also I love all of the pockets and rivets. and the crotch gusset! Yea, I can squat without worrying about it.

Fantastic pants
I work heavy construction in all weather conditions. Mud, concrete, dust, debris, rain, snow.... The worst of the worst. These pants are a godsend. They're incredibly comfortable and warm. I've been wearing these with a pair of terry sweats underneath in single digits weather this past week and have been impressed with their ability to block the wind. They seem to be a bit more durable than their canvas and denim counterparts as well. The one thing I love on the x models is the leg zipper and wish all your pants had that. 2 features id love to see updated/added: reinforce the lip of the tape clip to make it more rigid and easier to clip a tape there, adjust the hammer loop so my hammer doesn't fall out after it loosens up.
The new sizing is generous but that's perfect for this type of work, superior to whatever sizing system y'all used to use.

Most Comfortable Pants Ever
I have not wanted to take these pants off since they arrived. They are so comfortable, so warm, and I love all of the pockets. I’m not even a construction worker, they are just might go-to jeans for everyday ware.

Woooooow!! Such nice pants!!!
I have several pairs of Dovetail pants with the Britt thermals being my fave. I ordered the grey ones a size bigger than what I normally wear because they were sold out of a lot of sizes and these are amazing!!! Sooo comfy, soft & warm!! Like a pair of thermal lounge pants but that you can work in and have so many pockets!! My new everyday pants.
