They’re made of high tech, all-in-one thermal stretch denim that’s tough on the outside, cozy on the inside. Thermoregulating recycled insulation keeps you toasty but never roasty, and does a solid for the planet. And no, you won’t look like a puffer fish. They’re warm, not bulky. So you can easily bend, flex, stretch, and yes, even go.

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Fasten all hardware.
  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry.
  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty overalls in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. I’ve been wearing the Britt thermal version for 4 years now and felt the Freshly would be a perfect addition to my winter wardrobe. They are worth every penny. I sized them up one size from my normal fit to allow for layering as the temperatures dip below zero. The drop seat is the best damn thing ever when you gotta get off your horse in the snow to pee. the gusseted crotch makes mounting back up easy, I’m warm, the zippered pockets keep my phone from bouncing out into the snow and the pockets deep enough for fence clips, staples and the loops for my pliers. I am super disappointed they are going away along with the Britt and Maven Thermals. These pants fit and function so much better than carhart’s.

warm and very handy drop seat!

Love these - cozy for winter chores - I wear them all the time. The fit is perfect and great pockets to hold tools to work around the farm. I recommend them to all my farm girl friends! I also love my regular overalls!

I can never go back!!!

These overalls met every standard I had, and exceeded some I didn’t even know that I had! The drop seat is ingenious and I’m so glad I got these before winter set in. Dovetail is my go to brandfor work now!
