First off, I love these pants. I bought 5 pairs of the previous version of these pants (in the Gray Canvas), and I really, really liked them. Unfortunately, the hip/thigh/butt was a little tighter than I liked to get the waist to fit properly (I refuse to wear a belt, so my pants have to stay up without one) and I ripped out the crotch in all 5 pairs in less than a year (significant rips that didn't seem feasible for repair). I have also always been blessed in the rear end and thighs, so that's a contributing factor as well. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed about that. But, overall, I loved the pockets and fabric so much that I was willing to give them another shot. And I'm soooo glad I did! The new Dark Gray Canvas seems to fit slightly different - it feels like I have more room in the crotch/butt/thighs in this version (I have 2 pairs in the new Dark Gray)! No major crotch blow outs yet, but I've only been wearing the new pairs for a month or so.

Dovetail - I dont know if you made slight adjustments to the fit in the new dark gray, but please keep making the Britt Utility this way! The fit is perfect. Tight enough around the waist that I dont need a belt, but it feels like I have enough room now that I'm not going to blow out the crotch!
