Bandana shrinks in cold water

Hi team Dovetail!

Just a heads up about the washing directions for the bandana. This is my second bandana purchase. I followed the washing instructions and it still shrunk.

We’re very sorry to hear this happened. During our trial washing and wear testing, we did not experience shrinkage like you described and visible in your image.
The care instructions should be hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Because the fabric is very lightweight wool with a looser weave, it may need to be gently reshaped while damp. then lay flat to dry.
