A Henley so perfect you’ll shirt yourself. Warm, soft, 100% cotton waffle goodness will get you through the day in complete comfort. We put rugged right in the name because Rugged Thermal Henley is built to last, and look good doing it. Double-layer reinforced elbow patches offer twice the toughness for throwing elbows or bending them. A fortified collar and three-button placket give the neckline structure so it keeps its shape even when you’re working hard. Definitely not an undershirt — you’ll be wearing this one over (and over).

  • Fasten all buttons.
  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Dry flat.
  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash that dirty shirt in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of it. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. Wonderful shirt.

I picked up a green one at the Galentine's event and love it. Very comfortable and the cut is nice for a thermal garment. I hope to see this shirt restocked!

Love this shirt. Heavy cotton keeps you warm and I love the thumb holes that actually line up with your thumbs!!

It's real!

Excitedly awaited the first cool day when I could wear my new Rugged Thermal Henley. What a joy it was! The sleeves were the perfect length (for me: 5'8", Henley size L). Love that I can work comfortably in the shirt while it also has cool detailing such as the thumb holes & elbow patches. The fit (before washing is flattering without being too loose or too tight. Fabric is a nice weight, too. Please continue to use quality materials in your clothing- I am happy to pay the extra to get actual real materials such as cotton! You cannot find that anywhere anymore. Thanks Dovetail!

great work shirt

Worked my first crisp fall day in this shirt and like it a lot, it layers well, the arms are long and not too tight on the wrists and the rib texture isn't too scratchy to wear this without an under shirt. I'm curvy 150lb 5'6" and usually wear between a large and a medium. got the L blue and after a wash it fits well, it's a little on the roomy side, which I don't mind but if this gets offered in more colors I might get another in M for a fitted shirt.
