To that we say, “yes please, with paprika on top!” This deep orange pant with cool grey contrast stitching tastes of vintage workwear with added doses of 21st century storage. In a more relaxed fit, Anna Taskpant in Paprika is the perfect pairing of work pants worth their grit, plus a solid pop of color. Inspired by the women who dyed their own Painter’s White Anna Taskpants, we mixed up a shade as vibrant as Dovetail’s signature paprika in our workwear kitchen.

Named after multitasking Anna Laxague, a ski resort risk manager, wood artist, and mom to an avalanche patrol dog, this pant, like its namesake, lives for a busy day– or week– or month. Its silhouette is casual, relaxed from hip to leg. Anna Taskpant is a seriously comfortable pant for women who mean business, thanks to a tool loop, crotch gusset, ample pockets for tools, or treats for the pup.

  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry.
  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

Anna Taskpant

Great lighter weight work pant with enough pockets for me. They do run larger than other Dovetail pants I’ve ordered. In fact I ordered a size up and are quit loose, but with a belt I cinch the waist and they are nice and comfy. Also the fabric is a mid weight great for spring and fall.

I am in love with this pant!

I'm a trans woman carpenter and this pant is perfect for cool fall days here in Maine, And the color is killer! Would love another bright, fun color. Purple?

Great fit, great colour!

I am always nervous to buy pants without trying them on, but took and chance and am glad I did! These fit great, are high quality, and the colour is perfect for fall (paprika, more muted than in photo). I ordered my normal size and they fit a little loose which is great for work but still look nice enough to run into town. I ordered a 6 x 32, normal pant size 6. I am 5'8", 140 lbs with junk in my trunk. If Dovetail needs a model, sign me up. These clothes are great!

Love the color!

Fit a little bigger than my last pair, aside from that I love these pants. Plenty of pockets and sturdy as ever. Also, customer service was amazing when due to shipper issue (not dovetail) handled everything professionally and kindly! Thanks Angie!
