Named for Dovetail Workwear co-founder, Kate Day, who worked the land growing up in Maine, owned a landscaping business, and never saw a shrub she didn’t want to prune. Relaxed fit through the leg. Packed with reinforcements, from a double-button waistband up top, to tough cuffs at the bottom. This pant has our standard mid-rise at the front waist, but is higher-backed at the rear—because the only crack we like to see is dawn’s!

Great work pants

Thick, well constructed fabric, with just enough stretch. I love the reinforced knees. Plenty of pockets. Only criticism is the annoying back pocket flaps and a slight waistband gap. Overall, a good pair of work pants. The dark brown color is very flattering yet professional.

Obsessed!

Couldn’t be happier! These fit tighter than the black old school high rise and the go to stretch that I wear a size 2 in. I got the size 4 and it fits perfect.

Super Rugged, Super Comfortable

I love these pants! They fit me perfectly. These pants were just what I was looking for to be active and comfortable out and about doing everything from gardening, to yard work, to riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle. I did have to exchange them for a size up. I also bought a pair of the Britt X Ultralight Work Pant. Size guide indicated the size 0 for my waist/hip measurements. This was true for the Britt X but not the Day Construct where the size 0 was too snug around my waist. The size 2 fits perfectly.
