  • When can I expect my pre-ordered item?
    Our current ETA for shipment is end of December. There is the possibility this date may change. If it changes by more than 3 days, we will email you.
  • Can I order the pre-order item and something else that’s already in stock?
    Yes, you can! We’ll ship the in-stock item first, and when the pre-order item is available, we’ll ship that to you separately.
  • What is the shipping cost for pre-orders?
    If you’re only ordering a pre-ordered item, shipping is the same as our regular shipping costs. If you’re ordering the pre-ordered item AND an in-stock item, there is a $18.00 flat fee for your items. In-stock items will still reach you in our standard 4-10 business days.
  • Can I use a discount code?
    Yes, you can use one, and it will apply across all items in your order, including the pre-ordered item. Please note that once the code is used, it cannot be changed.
  • Can I use gift cards?
    Gift cards are not valid for preorder items.
