A Henley so perfect you’ll shirt yourself. Warm, soft, 100% cotton waffle goodness will get you through the day in complete comfort. We put rugged right in the name because Rugged Thermal Henley is built to last, and look good doing it. Double-layer reinforced elbow patches offer twice the toughness for throwing elbows or bending them. A fortified collar and three-button placket give the neckline structure so it keeps its shape even when you’re working hard. Definitely not an undershirt — you’ll be wearing this one over (and over).

We get it's tempting to wash that dirty shirt in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of it. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The BEST for the metal shop!

I'm a tool & die maker and have been looking for a long sleeve that keeps the steel dust and slivers out of my skin. I was initially just trying to find something that wouldn't allow the steel slivers (from grinding) to poke through the fabric and scratch me up all day, but this shirt does one better and doesn't even attract the steel to sticking to the fabric in the first place! SO MUCH BETTER! I hope they bring it back by next wintertime.

Very warm AND comfortable

I love my thermal Henley from Dovetail! Washed really nice. Is soft and comfortable. As a farmer, I am outside all day. This shirt keeps me warm. Didn't creep up me under my layers. The double layer of fabric in the cuffs around the thumb holes keep my hands warm when my gloves need to be off to work. I was very surprised how comfortable the cuffs are on my wrists. LOVE this shirt. The elbow patches are sewn so that I don't feel them on my skin. This works great for farm girls here in the northeast !

This shirt is so yummy

It’s nice and sturdy feeling but still plenty cozy. I bought it as an experiment to see if I could nurse my baby in it. I can juuuust barely make it work, but Dovetail please make the button placket open just another inch or two lower and it would be perfect! Still giving it 5 stars because it’s wonderful. Excited to have a sturdy work shirt this winter on my farm. I’m 5’11.75” and the sleeves are actually long enough for me to put my thumbs in the little holes. Yay!
