Artists at Work: Our Pants, Their Canvas
We launched a campaign to answer one simple question: what happens when you hand over our classic white painter's pants to a crew of working artists and let them make their mark? We sent blank canvases—our painter's pants and ecru shortalls—to six incredible women across the country. What came back was nothing short of stunning: hand-dyed gradients, bold brushstrokes, intricate embroidery, visible mending, and more. These aren't just clothes anymore—they're living proof that women's workwear can be as expressive as it is functional.
These artists, makers, and DIYers don't just create—they build, weld, carve, stitch, and paint for a living. And they've told us time and again: our gear holds up. Whether they're in the studio, on a ladder, or elbow-deep in a sculpture, they count on our pants to move with them and hold their tools. This campaign celebrates that trust—and the creativity these women bring to everything they touch.

From natural dyes to hand stitches, from bold to delicate, no two designs are the same—and that's exactly the point. These aren't just women in workwear. They're artists redefining what work looks like.
