Hello to all our awesome peeps! 

2018 has come and gone, but the events of this last year have shaped our lives and our business.

We accomplished a lot of ‘firsts.’ We evolved from Moxie & Moss to Dovetail Workwear. We launched in stores spanning from Alaska to NYC. We joined forces with Portland Product Werks to build a stronger, more sustainable business. We hired Andrea, our first employee and our customer service rockstar! We opened for business on Amazon to bring awareness to even more women who need quality workwear.

The three of us have bonded deeply too. From changes in our personal lives, to growing as a professional team, it’s been a hell of a ride. The ups and downs of a small business startup are no joke. Abandoning our comfort zones, we held hands and jumped into the great unknown, which was challenging in painful and wonderful ways. We have laughed together, cried together and experienced tremendous personal and professional growth.

And still we collectively rise each morning to the tasks at hand. Too many to even fathom, but we do it because we have a shared goal: to create tools that empower women to burn their own fires.

Through this year, you've taken Dovetail Workwear on your own journeys, from Bristol Bay fishing boats to New York City construction sites. Every time, we see a woman rocking her career or her passion with confidence, we remember why we started this crazy adventure in the first place!  

You're the reason why we—and Dovetail Workwear—have had a very special year. As a result, we look forward to 2019 with courage and hope as we keep learning and stretching, being present and listening, while building this community and culture. Thanks to all of you. Together let’s keep rocking this!
