Studio or kitchen, the Obana Work Apron is a multitasking champ—just like you. Let’s take it from the top: The bib boasts a single good-size patch pocket and 3 multi-size slots, perfect for paint and pastry brushes, pencils, prep tools, and other slim pieces that don’t need to start with a “p.” On the apron body: 2 patch pockets (the larger can squarely house a carpenter’s square, the smaller holds a phone, or pile of screws and nails). Both body pockets sport our famous Twine Hole™ for an easy run of baker’s twine or other spool material. Deep dual slash pockets round out the pocket power of this apron, generous enough for rulers and really large snacks. And neck pain free! This Wabash Stripe, midweight, stretch canvas matches our Freshley Overalls in Wabash Stripe.
We are stoked to work with our friends at Tuk Tuk in India, who made these wabash overalls. A WRAP Platinum facility partnered with Intermode, Tuk Tuk is a sustainability star, milling gorgeous fabrics onsite as well as making them into clothes. Also onsite, Tuk Tuk's organic veg garden provides lunches for workers.
We get it's tempting to wash that dirty apron in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The workwear accessory I never knew I needed. I’m a machine operator, for a while I’ve been getting machine grease across my chest during a particular stage of cleanup . After hating the plant supplied aprons, p I came across this and it’s perfect. The perfect drape. All the pockets! So soft… Another satisfied customer Dovetail. You never disappoint.

The best !!!
I really like the grommets where the strap goes, I easily removed the straps for leather ones. Aprons that hang off the neck are no good for all day wear. The large pockets are very cool too.
This apron is functional & chic!
