Program Overview

Our Refer-A-Friend program allows existing customers to share discount codes with friends and family. When a referred person makes their first purchase using your referral code, both parties may receive benefits as outlined in the current program structure.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Refer-A-Friend program, you must be an existing customer with a valid account and have made at least one previous purchase. Referred customers must be new to our store and making their first purchase. Each new customer email address is eligible for one referral reward.

Program Rules

Referral codes are intended for personal use and sharing with friends and family. Commercial use, public posting, or mass distribution of codes is not permitted. Self-referrals are not allowed, meaning you cannot use referral codes on purchases made by the same person, household, or using the same payment method. Referral codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated, and each code is limited to one use per customer. Reward limits may apply per referrer per calendar month.

Prohibited Activities

Creating multiple accounts to generate additional referral opportunities may result in program suspension and forfeiture of rewards. Using referral codes on your own purchases or purchases for members of your household is not permitted. Attempting to manipulate the referral system through technical means, sharing codes through spam or automated systems, mass marketing of codes, or other fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and loss of program benefits.

Reward Processing

Rewards are processed after the referred customer's order has been fulfilled and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. If a referred customer returns or cancels their order, the associated reward may be reversed. We may verify the authenticity of purchases before issuing rewards.

Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Refer-A-Friend program at any time. Program terms, reward amounts, and eligibility requirements may change. Existing earned rewards will be honored even if program terms change. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

General Terms

Participation in this Refer-A-Friend program constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may investigate suspicious activity and request additional verification from participants. Our decisions regarding program violations and reward eligibility are final. This program is void where prohibited by law and may not be available in all locations.
