Over the past several years, the Dovetail product team has received feedback from our customers that many have to size up in our product, especially in sizes 16 and above. 

Many women who technically fit size 24 weren’t able to fit that size in our apparel. We knew we had work to do and that process of reframing, wear testing and fine tuning, resulted in our ReTooled Fit Project.
In Fall 2023, we are piloting the ReTooled Fit in our new, Old School High Rise. We invite your feedback as you try our new pattern!
If you are a loyal customer 16 and above, please note you should review your measurements– you may need to order a size or two smaller! Old School High Rise only.

Tops + Outerwear—True to size. We intentionally pattern our shirts with the feminine form in mind. We ensure your mid-section is well-covered while bending and moving.

Beanie—a moderate fit accommodating most head sizes.

Double-pronged Belts—these unisex belts come in 2 lengths. XS/S measures 37” from leather end to leather end, excluding the buckle, and fits sizes 000–8. The M/L measures 43”, and fits sizes 8–18.

Gloves—Designed with a woman's hand in mind, big or small. Comes in sizes XS-L.
