When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be handled the next business day -- because warehouse folks need days off, too!
- Standard shipping: orders will leave our fulfillment center within 2 business days.
- Expedited shipping: orders placed before 12pm will leave our fulfillment center the same business day. Orders placed after12pm will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping and delivery: We ship via USPS and FedEx. We cannot ship expedited packages to PO Boxes. Please keep in mind that we don't ship things on weekends. Your delivery time may vary by region and carrier. Please check your shipping confirmation to track your order. Please also note that we can't take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, as much as we'd love to be able to ask the delivery folks to hurry things up! If your order is taking longer than you think it should, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, but please know that we don't have a magic wand for making deliveries appear.
Returns: A domestic return for exchange, or for store credit, are free. If you are returning an order for a refund, there's a $5.00 flat restocking fee. We can ship internationally to all other countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on country and weight. Your international order may be subject to surcharges, such as import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All such surcharges are your responsibility as the customer, so please keep that in mind when you order!
How do I check my order status?
