Editing a new order

If you've just placed an order and you want to change it, our fulfillment team works fast, and a change may not be possible. You are welcome to contact us, but please understand we may not be able to stop it before it ships. If it's already shipped, please wait to receive the item and then exchange it.

Returns Policy

Returns can be submitted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item meets our return conditions. We offer free returns for exchanges/online store credit.

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return doesn't meet the conditions below.

  • Merchandise being returned must be unwashed and unworn (except for trying on, of course!) and in new condition, with all tags still attached. Items that have no tags, or are clearly dirty, stained, smelly or scented with perfume or detergent, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used won't be eligible for a refund.
  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Original outgoing shipping is not refundable.
  • Returns must be made through our Return Portal -- we can't track your return otherwise.
  • Sale items marked FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS cannot be returned.

Return Options

Size Exchanges - FREE Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right, and you need a different size? An exchange is your best option. Return shipping is on us!

You'll receive a prepaid return label, and once USPS has marked your return package as "in transit," we'll ship the replacement size.

Store Credit - FREE Return Label

Not quite sure what you want right now? Turn your return into online store credit. Store credit is valid for five years, and just like an exchange, we'll pick up the cost of your return shipping.

You'll receive a prepaid return label, and once USPS has marked your return package as "in transit," we'll issue the store credit. It'll come to you as an electronic gift card.

Return for Refund - $5.00/Order Restocking Fee

If you're just returning your item(s) for a refund and don't want an exchange or store credit, you'll receive a return shipping label, and your refund will be processed back onto your original method of payment once your return is received and processed at our warehouse. There is a flat fee of $5.00/return for restocking, which will be deducted from your refund total.

If you paid with Zip (formerly QuadPay), you'll be refunded the amount that you've paid to date and Zip will cancel all future payments.

If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card. Please note that if you paid with a gift card, the $5.00 restocking fee will not be deducted.

How to return

To begin the returns process, please visit our Return Portal. Please enter your order number (e.g. #GetDirty12345, including the hashtag), and use the same email address as when you placed your order.

After entering your return information, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Exchanges/Store Credit: Once your package has been accepted by USPS, your exchange will be initiated or your store credit will be sent to you.

Refund: Once your package has been received and logged at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed. Please note that there will be a $5.00/item restocking fee. Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to be processed.

Returns FAQ

I want to return something outside the 30-day return window. What do I do?

While our Return Portal has a strict cutoff date, the humans behind the curtains are more understanding! Please contact us via chat (the speech bubble on the lower right corner) and submit your request for return extension. We'll do what we can to help.

I haven't received my refund yet. What do I do?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Still no luck? Please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Unfortunately, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one return and shipped back for exchange or refund. If you have multiple orders, please contact us for assistance.

Can I return close-out sale items?

All close-out sales items are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How do I do international returns?

  • Canada: Please go to to process your return.
  • All other countries: We can only offer refunds for international returns at this time. One day, when we're big and mighty, we hope to offer exchanges to our international customers, but the cost is too much for a small business like ours! In the meantime, please go to our Return Portal to submit your return request.

I have a product issue.

In the rare occasion that something has gone awry on your item, we have you covered. Our products come with a one-year limited manufacturer's defect warranty. Please contact us and we'll take care of you!
