Our beloved Day Construct pant got a summer chop, but chill – we kept the pockets! Packed with purpose, these are the ultimate in women’s tough work shorts. Durable. Quick-drying. In Lichen Green, so you can be at one with nature. Like our Day Construct pants, these work shorts have full booty protection via our Crackminder™ technology (aka a higher back rise). Bend, crouch, squat easy. Because the only crack we like to see is dawn’s!

So light, so strong. Ripstop for the win.

  • Ultra lightweight ripstop cotton
  • Fabric weight: 7 oz
  • Fabric content: 90% cotton/ 8% nylon/ 2% spandex
  • Light stretch
  • Stain-resistant. Get dirty, wash clean.
  • Water-resistant. Shake it off.
  • Quick-dry. No sweat.
  • UPF 50. Throw shade.

These shorts are super lightweight so you can work in the heat and keep your cool. Does lightweight mean wimpy? Hell no. This is Dovetail, people. Ripstop shuts out the sharp shit. A touch of stretch means you can bust your moves in comfort.

You got 'em dirty, now get 'em clean.

  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty shorts in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. Seem Great
