We are super stoked to work with our friends at Tuk Tuk in India, who made these wabash shorts for us. A WRAP Platinum facility partnered with Intermode, Tuk Tuk is a sustainability star, milling gorgeous fabrics onsite as well as making them into clothes. An onsite organic veg garden also provides lunches for workers.

Our Indigo Stripe denim gives a nod to the heritage workwear, and the days when great-great-great grandma helped build the railways. But this stretch denim has more stretch, softness, and drape than the OG. And it comes from a mill known for its exceptional attention to sustainability and craft.

You got ‘em dirty, now get ‘em clean.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty shorts in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.
