Baby, it's back. The work shirt that flew out of here last year. The one you wore so often, it was almost a problem. And you did it because of that stretch. We know—we did it too. This is a beautiful brushed flannel with a nice stretch for easy moves. The fabric is a little heavier than the Givens in Stretch Flannel.

You got it dirty, now get it clean.

  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry.
  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash that dirty shirt in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of it. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

The first flannel that has ever really fit me.

This shirt is an amazing combination of comfortable, rugged, and flattering. As a small woman with broad shoulders and muscular arms, every flannel I have ever had has been either too tight in the arms and shoulders or boxy and huge everywhere else. Something about the cut and the give of this shirt make it fit just right, so I can wear it hauling firewood or going into town.

I wear these every day

I have three of these shirts. I wear them over a thermal and under a Dovetail work vest. Winter means working in some extreme weather and low temperatures. This shirt helps get me through. It's soft but stands up to reasonable wear. The plaids all work with my coloring. Thank you for the elemental tones. I'm officially stuck on these shirts.

A dose of nostalgia and quality

Its lovely and soft, like the flannel shirts I used to dig out of my dad’s closet to wear when I was in high school. The material is of good quality and it is well sewn, there are even the little tabs in the sleeves to keep them rolled up, if desired, a favorite feature. A beautiful, comfortable, sturdy shirt that is a daily staple right out of the package.
