Customers in Canada:
We've partnered with a Canadian distributor called InSport Fashions,Inc. to serve our friends north of the border - no internationalshipping rates or border taxes! For all Canadian inquiries, pleasecontact dovetail@insport.ca, (800) 465-9637. You can place your order directly here as well.
All of InSport's inventory is available through their marketplace website, Altitude Sports.
All other countries:
We can ship internationally to all other countries. Shipping rateswill be calculated at checkout, based on country and weight. Your ordermay be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which areincurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DovetailWorkwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, andall such surcharges are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notificationfrom us that will include a tracking number. If you haven't received ashipping notification within 48 hours, please contact us at cs@dovetailworkwear.com and we'll look into it for you.
Refunds and returns
